This agreement is a legal contract between you and Naiyun VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using this App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, or misuse the App or its related trademarks without authorization, and you may not extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or develop derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users in an appropriate manner. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system security, cause the App to fail, or increase risk.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you are also bound by the terms and privacy rules of those partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, or carrier failure. Use outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data charges. If roaming outside your home country, confirm that you have an appropriate data plan and permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, unavailability caused by battery depletion, system settings, or third-party platform restrictions is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners, so we do not guarantee that all information is error-free at all times. To ensure compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when required. The Service Provider reserves the lawful right to terminate App services.
